Whether it is running, yoga, Pilates, lifting weights, dancing, rollerblading, or kayaking, we strive to physical activity fun and enjoyable – just like it was when you were a kid.

At CAYA, we know the benefits of physical activity extend beyond weight loss. Physical activity can help you to feel stronger and more confident, improve mood, concentration and focus, and even help you make to friend.

We offer health assessments – blood pressure, cholesterol, glucose, etc. – individually tailored and customized sessions with a certified personal trainer, and a variety of group fitness classes.
